wow. that's weird.

I parted my hair on the other side this morning.
It feels strange.
And everything seems to be in mirror image.....

The wierdness is probably that you now have one side of your head feeling like its 1980 with flowing locks and the other side is feeling naked....just like when the wind blows and the part flips on the comb-over.

Oh, and go giants

I've parted my hair in the middle for over 30 years. I don't think it would know how to react if I tried it on one side or the other.

And Go Cards!!

NOT Barroid's Giants -- the REAL Giants, Big Blue, the ones who put it to the Boys Sunday night. Those Giants.

And as much as I like Leyland, and memories of Kirk Gibson, I'm with Bruce, Go Cards!!!

umm, you'd think a preacher would get that Sunday/Monday thing right...
I never liked Kirk Gibson, I don't care for Pudge and Leyland is ok. No, I like teams that remember the best baseball is pitching and defense and getting 27 outs from the other team. If I was Dombrowski, I put the fences back to their original depth and let my outfielders run down what they can and find a bunch of gap hitters.
Don't you remember how much fun it used to be to watch games in Fenway where no lead was safe becuz of the Monster having balls bounced off it more than hit over it?
Bring back the triple!

Hey, I'm with Kurt on this one. Homer ball can get boring. One of the best games I watched this season was a pitchers duel. The final score was 2-1 or something like that, and the game had more drama and excitement than most. Half the time I end up skipping the middle innings of games now because it almost doesn't matter what happens then. If the game isn't a blowout after the second inning, the real action occurs in the eighth and ninth.

It's like watching the NBA; you only need to see the last 3 minutes of the last quarter. The rest of the game is just a cure for insomnia.
