Government of the people, for the people, by the people redux
Earlier I did a post juxtapositioning the plight of military widows/widowers attempting to navigate the complex web of bureaucracy to gain survivor benefits after losing a spouse to the war in Iraq against the amazing amount of waste and outright theft and fraud involving federal relief funds for Hurricane Katrina victims. Don't even get me started on Katrina victims. They're everywhere down here and causing most of the crime in Houston right now.
