yippee....
i just spent a fantastic weekend at Mo Ranch for the annual Men's Conference for the Synod of the Sun. it was very cool and i hope to be posting more about it and some reflections from the time i spent there.
but i missed y'all.

hey, you didn't tell me Tom Long was your keynote speaker. once again you presbyterians get a methodist to "inspire" you. Long was dean at YDS when I was there. His background is as an ethicist. so was it all head, or did ya get any heart?
dr. long has been called the nation's "best preacher" by time magazine. i can see why, although his style is very subtle and his points are poignantly simple.
most of things he said were directed to the heart and infiltrate the head if you let them into your blood...
