That's all they need to hear out on the Left Bank, but the rest of the country needs to remember two other little things: ask the Georgia Dawgs if they played a Big Least team, and how 'bout the JoePa and Bobby show.

entertaining games, f'sure. but i don't think any of those teams could hang with these two. SC is a very good team; they just don't have Vince Young

Oh, I'm not disputing that UT and USC are the cream of the crop this year. I was just reminding folks down in football country that some very good college football is still being played back east. Everybody was ready to drum the Big East out of the BCS. Then the Big East champ beats the SEC champ in what is Georgia's second home stadium. And the supposedly knowledgable folks said WVU didn't even belong in the BCS mix. And Louisville, though they lost, made a respectable game of it. Rutgers and Central Florida didn't make good showings, but every conference had some teams not do well in the bowls.
Then the old men showed folks how to coach with class and skill. I loved how both coaches responded to the MULTIPLE misses by their kickers. They didn't throw a fit and show the kid up. Sure they weren't happy, but they accepted it and moved on to the next play of the game. They reacted like ADULTS to KIDS giving their best effort. JoePa showed how a coach in a big time program truly can be an educator at a major modern university. And Bowden, too. Refreshing.

Yeeeeaaah!

Love UT, hate University of Spoiled Children. That game was awesome. For awhile, thought they lost the game. What a comeback.

My youngest brother went to UT, so I'm sure he went nuts.

Great game.
